Diane says: "I am delighted to be Chair of Governors at Diamond Hall Junior Academy. I was director of an independent school improvement consultancy supporting schools across the UK to improve their effectiveness. My current role is assistant director for education employment and skills for a local authority. I balance this role with that of an Ofsted Inspector, having formerly been a HMI for the North East and Yorkshire and Humber region."
