The World Book Day UK annual competition deadline is fast approaching and entires for our display are just starting to arrive at school.
First up was Kali in Year 5 with his amazing 'Kalaxy of Dreams' featuring different planets that opened up to reveal different worlds including, earth (where Kali was lying in bed), unicorn world, dolphin world and more. Did we mention it lit up too!? Well done Kali!
Next up we had Jessica in Year 5, a big Harry Potter fan, so of course, her entry was a model of Hogwarts. Oh and... Jessica's model also lit up! Well done.
The Wold Book Day competition runs every year with a different theme. This year, we have to work together to create a display that shows how our school is flying high with reading and we already have some amazing models to add to our display.
The top prize is £5,000 worth of books for our school. Wish us luck and watch this space for updates.
