Last week we had an unusual visit from lots of different 'mini beasts' when Animal Antics came to school...

After learning all about mini beasts in lessons, including their life cycles and habitats, the pupils finally got to meet the 'beasts' in real life. The class were very brave when handling the different creatures (especially the tarantula!) and they learnt lots of new and interesting facts about them.

Lewis said: "I couldn't believe that the millipede had a hard shell, I expected it to feel slimy. It used its feet to hook onto you which felt extremely strange."

Thank you to Animal Antics for coming in and well done to our brave children!
