Pupils have had fun this morning competing in the Big PIE challenge, an enterprise and engineering challenge that takes place in schools across the north east.
Children tried their hand at engineering by building model aeroplanes before testing them to see how far they could fly. They then took part in an exciting timed coding challenge where some of the children made it to the next level.
Well done Year 5 and thank you to the PIE Project. We are looking forward to seeing if we are through to the next round!
