Last week, 30 children from Year 3 visited Broom House Farm in Durham where they were fortunate enough to see a lamb being born!
The children had a busy day visiting the different animals including the cows they had met on their last visit who had grown so much since they seen them last. They also had a peek inside the new hen house, it looked super cosy!
Back at school, the children wrote about the new animals on the farm, the different trees and a detailed description of a newborn lamb.
All in all, it was a brilliant experience for everyone involved and we are already looking forward to our next visit in the summer term.
