3AE visit Washington Wetlands Centre

Date Published:
Friday 20 April 2018

Class 3AE took an exciting trip to Washington Wetlands Centre this week, linked to their new topic of 'Predators'.

During the day, the children were able to look at and touch bird feet, wings, feathers and beaks as well as feed some of the birds at the centre. After picking the hottest day of the week, the walk around the centre was extremely enjoyable and Femi spoke about how it was good to be outside all day but still learning. This links to UNCRC Article 28 - giving all children the right to a good quality education.
