After lots of hard work running their own business over the last few months, six representatives from Miss Towers' class attended the PIE Project Awards Ceremony yesterday.
The children had the opportunity to hear from inspirational business leaders from around the north east before presenting their business idea and progress to the whole room.
After all the schools had presented, it was time to find out the results of the competition. Amazingly, we came second which meant that not only did we win a magnificent trophy, but we also won £500 for our school! This is on top of the £465 profit we made from the business.
Well done to the amazing children who presented with confidence and gave an absolutely outstanding presentation - we are extremely proud. Now we just have to decide how to spend it...
