At Diamond Hall, we are committed to saving our planet and that is why this half term all classes will be taking part in the plastic pledge.
The pledge aims to reduce the amount of single-use plastic in everyday life. Pupils are recycling and encouraging others to do the same in the classroom, in the playground and even at home.
Every time a pupil contributes to the recycling effort a stamp is given. At the end of the half term, those with enough stamps will be given a free reusable water bottle that has been made from recycled materials.
Pupils hope that by taking on the pledge they can help our planet and make a difference.
