Today, we started our new human geography topic, ‘Sow, Grow and Farm’. We discussed the difference between urban and rural land. We then researched and discussed the different types of farming that can be found in the UK. We identified that different parts of the UK are not always suitable for all types of farming as it depends on the climate, quality of soil and topography of the area.
