Year 4 took to the kitchen this week to explore the differences between processed and unprocessed food and their nutritional values.

The group tasted cucumber prepared in a range of ways and carried out a survey to see which version they enjoyed the most - raw cucumber with a small amount of salt was the winner!

After all the fun, Year 4 checked up on their plants in the school garden that they will soon use to create a delicious meal.
