Yesterday we marked this year's Safer Internet Day. We were lucky enough to have Sean from Bigfoot Arts Education to deliver cyber safety workshops in school to encourage our children to consider how they use the internet and smart technology, exploring the implications on their safety and wellbeing.
Back in class, children then acted as digital explorers of the basics of online safety through an interactive board game. Through scenario-based discussions, children were able to consolidate their understanding of essential concepts like online kindness, safe sharing and recognising trusted adults.
