This morning, a group of our Year 5 children visited Silksworth Tennis Centre to develop their sporting abilities.
The trip aimed to develop our pupils' leadership skills to help them become 'Sunderland Schools' Sports Leaders'.
The group took part in a carousel of activities which helped them to broaden their knowledge of a range of sports and encourage them to organise and play the games back at school.
Kristupas said: "It was great being able to try out a range of different sports, I can't wait to share them with everybody back in school!"
