This week, our hall was transformed into a movie theatre!
As you may already know, a group of our Year 5 children are currently competing in stage 2 of the PIE Project, a project which aims to develop the enterprise skills of school children.
For this stage of the project, the group were required to make as much profit as possible from their own business. They chose to host and sell tickets for a Christmas movie night, playing The Grinch and over 250 children attended!
As well as selling tickets to the fantastic night, they also sold tasty treats and popcorn, hotdogs and pizza came in as the bestsellers!
We would like to congratulate the class for all their hard work organising the night.
Alisha said: "It was hard work organising the whole movie night but I'm glad everyone had an amazing time - it was excellent!"
Kristupas: "I loved watching the movie with my friends. The popcorn was one of my favourite parts of the night."
